RELIGION

(From Protocol No. 17): "Freedom of conscience has been declared everywhere, so that now only years divide us from the moment of the complete wrecking of that Christian religion."

(From Protocol No. 3): "The word 'freedom' brings out the communities of men to fight against every kind of force, against every kind of authority, even against God and the laws of nature."

(From Protocol No. 4): "But freedom might be harmless and have its place in the State economy without injury to the well-being of the peoples if it rested upon the foundation of faith in God, upon the brotherhood of humanity, unconnected with the conception of equality, which is negatived by the very laws of creation, for they have established subordination. With such a faith as this a people might be governed by a wardship of parables, and would walk contentedly and humbly under the guiding hand of its spiritual pastor, submitting to the depositions of God upon earth. This is the reason why it is indispensable for us to undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the Goyim the very principle of Godhead and the spirit, and to put in its place arithmetical calculations and material needs."

Now recall once again that the first "ideal" of Illuminism is "Hatred of God and all forms of religion." Also that the first "ideal" of communism is, "the abolition of all forms of religious belief." The quotations from Protocols give you the reason. This does not mean that only Greek Catholicism in Russia is to abolished, neither does it mean that only Catholicism as it existed in Spain is to be abolished. It means just what it says, ALL RELIGION is to be abolished, including Protestantism.

To begin with, MODERNISM is not modern. It began with the "higher criticism". According to Rev. Merton Smith, the Jewish-German professors who were responsible for this "higher criticism" were Wellhausen, Strauss, Ewald, Kuene and Hitzig. "The philosophers that bemuddled the brains of our theologians preparatory to the coming of the High Criticism were Jews: Spinoza and Kant."

Kant's mind had been poisoned by the writings of Rousseau. The historian Gooch says of Kant that, "To Rousseau he owed his conversion to democracy."

"Modernism" was part of the same movement during the eighteenth century to which we have referred before and which was the result of the plans of Asiatic finance to take over the "system."

The poison has been injected so thoroughly that by now the attitude of even the ministry has been changed towards the fundamentals of Christianity. In fact, the job has been so thorough that the teachings of the present-day pseudo-religious bodies come outside the scope of religion altogether. What we find is that the sermons are made up of please for the support of "Spanish Democracy," the right of Labor "to organize" (in the CIO?) a call to join the League of Nations, berating private ownership of property, and book reviews.

The present-day fruits have ripened into such organizations as "The Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America." Since its organization in 1908 over 75% of the finances have come from sources outside of its church membership. Members of Protestant congregations do no voting on policies of its council. Its delegates meet only once every four years and are entertained by a well-planned program. It has no responsibility to any church bode, and because of this, its resolutions represent a meddling in political affairs by encouraging the slacker oath, fostering Youth Movements that can be directly connected with Soviet Russia, and compiling booklets along "liberal" lines.

One's education is not quite complete until he has examined the Federal Council's pamphlet entitled "Young People's Relationships." According to Major-General Amos Fries, "Had this pamphlet come out of Russia direct as their means of breaking down all morality, the family, and the home, as the final step toward Communism, we would have felt it well qualified to carry out the intent of its authors?"

All in all, the association of sexual promiscuity, pacifism, socialism, denationalization, etc., while seemingly puzzle parts that shouldn't fit, is nevertheless the foundation of collectivism in its practical application in Russia.

Mrs. Dilling has rendered a service to mankind by giving the following information on p. 250 of "The Roosevelt Red Record":

"A report of the Military Intelligence Association (5/12/27) to its membership, in which charges were made and information given concerning the Federal Council's support of the Communist movement in China, etc., included this: 'We charge that the Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America meddles loosely in International questions and that it plays, either wittingly or unwittingly, squarely into the hands of the Communist Internationale - The World Revolutionists.'"

The Federal Council of Churches literature is highly recommended by the LID ((League for Industrial Democracy). The LID headed by Robert Morss Lovett, was formerly known as the Intercollegiate Socialist Society. Lovett has been active in revolutionary activity, even contributing articles along with Harry Elmer Barnes and Bertrand Russell to "Man: A Journal of the Anarchist Ideal Movement," published in San Francisco.

Another "religious" organization is the National Religion and Labor Foundation. The stand of this organization on Christianity is fairly well represented in their Bulletin, called "Economic Justice." This Bulletin has used the same artist talent as the Communist publication "New Masses." In one of the issues a cartoon was printed referring to Jesus Christ as one who was wanted "For Sedition, Criminal Anarchy, Vagrancy, and Conspiring to Overthrow the Established Government."

Among the honorary officers of the NR and LF are found Sidney Hillman and Powers Hapgood of CIO fame, G. BromIey Oxnam, John Haynes Holmes, Stephen S. Wise, and many other such "patriots." Holmes, on one occasion, led a parade of 10,000 marchers up Fifth Avenue in New York City, in a demonstration in which the holy cross was "allowed" equal representation with the hammer and sickle. Holmes had also declared that the immortals of today were Einstein, Freud, Lenin and Ghandi. He even accorded Ghandi a place alongside Confucius, Buddha and JESUS. Ghandi, as you know, or as you ought to know, has been one of the main instruments of revolution in India which, if successful, would enable the resources of that vast territory to complete the job of breaking down the world's economic structure that was not quite completed by Russia's Five Year Plan. "Religious" activities now-a-days include a lot of things.

The Church being not the sole influence to our morals, we will quote briefly from Protocol No. 14: "In countries known as progressive and enlightened we have created a senseless, filthy, abominable literature." And more from a Protocol of 1869: "Let us foster the idea of free love. that we may destroy among Christian women attachment to the principles and practices of their religion."

Surely no statement is necessary at this point, the magazine stands and book stores furnish more proof of the fulfillment of the above than anything that can be written herein.

AGRICULTURE

(From Protocol No. 3): "Our power is in the chronic shortness of food and physical weakness of the worker because by all that this implies he is made the slave of our will, and he will not find in his own authorities either strength or energy to set the worker more surely than it was given to the aristocracy by the legal authority of kings."

The foregoing theory was attempted in our country under the AAA. The slaughtering of millions of pigs, the destruction and plowing under of cotton, the curtailment in acreages for wheat and corn production, and the cutting down of many other smaller crops was not only fantastic, but a creation of desolation. This, done in the light of the fact that there were millions of Americans hungry and unemployed at the time, cannot be denied as a definite approach to collectivism.

The AAA can be properly called a child of communism not only from its workings, but from its creator. Tugwell, according to the Lusk report which was rendered in New York in 1922, is an "advocate of revolutionary socialism." Tugwell was a fellow author of the Soviet book of propaganda. "Soviet Russia in the Second Decade." Tugwell, while a professor at Columbia University, offered Donald Henderson, ousted as a Communist, a research fellowship for one year in Soviet Russia. Tugwell was a member of the communist- organized First American Trade Union delegation to Russia. He is an expert on the Russian Gosplan, and if we can believe the communist publications, Tugwell advocated the Bolshevik plan the United States as early as January, 1930.

The farmer should be the last man to want communism; whatever benefits that might possibly accrue under a communistic regime will not befall the farmer. He constitutes a class that has too much inherent initiative to be entrusted with even the fewest of civic rights. As long as he would desire to run his farm independently he would be a "Kulak" under communism. Do not be deceived into thinking that the Kulaks of Russia were only wealthy land owners, the Kulaks were not officially designated as a class until 1929. In Russia any farmer who desires independent control of his own farming activities was accused of "exploitation tendencies," even though such tendencies only had to do with the control of his own clothes or an old mongrel dog. On January 7, 1920, "Comsomolskaia Pravda" quoted Stalin thusly: "We are now crush their resistance, LIQUIDATE THEM AS A CLASS, and to supplant their production by the production of agricultural collectives and State Farms."

Because it is descriptive of present day conditions in the United States, we quote from Protocol No. 6: "the aristocracy of the goyim as a political force is dead -- we need not take it into account; but as landed proprietors they can still be harmful to us from the fact that they are self-sufficing in the resources upon which they live. It is essential, therefore for us at whatever cost to deprive them of their land. This object will be best attained by increasing the burdens upon landed property -- in loading lands with debts."

EDUCATION

From a Protocol of 1869. "But above all let us monopolize education. By this means we SPREAD IDEAS THAT ARE USEFUL TO US, and shape the children's brains to suite, us."

(From Protocol No. 2): "Think carefully of the successes we have arranged for Darwinism, Marxism, Nietzsche-ism."

(From Protocol No. 9): "We have got our hands into the administration of the law, into the conduct of elections, into the press, into the liberty of the person, but principally into education and training as being the corner-stones of a free existence."

"We have fooled, bemused and corrupted the youth of the goyim by rearing them in principles and theories which are known to us to be false although it is by us that they have been inculcated."

A reference should be made here to the study of psychology and the ever-growing tendency to interpret its teachings by the Freudian Theory. The Freudian theory reduces everything, good or evil, to a crude sex basis. There is nothing new under the sun. On page 92 of Weishaupt's book on the Illuminati (1776), translated from the German, we read: "The incentive to all human actions are immediate sensual pleasures . . . sensual pleasures are accordingly the highest and ultimate aim of man."

Marxism (Socialism) has been taught so openly that It is an approved college course. It has been insidiously, however, that if you were to ask a hundred graduates what socialism was, you would get a hundred different answers.

There has been nothing so destructive to Christianity as Darwinism; it destroys faith in the Bible, breaks down belief in the Book on which foundation the Christian religion is laid. The many great scientists that disclaim the theory of evolution receive little mention and no credence for their reasoning,

(From Protocol No. 19): "in order to destroy the prestige of heroism for political crime we shall send it for trial in the category of thieving, murder, and every kind of abominable and filthy crime. Public opinion will then confuse in its conception this category of crime with the disgrace attaching to every other and will brand it with the same contempt."

"We have done our best, AND I HOPE WE HAVE SUCCEEDED, TO OBTAIN THAT THE GOYIM SHOULD NOT ARRIVE AT THIS MEANS OF CONTENDING WITH SEDITION. It was for this reason that through the Press and in speeches, indirectly -- in cleverly compiled school-books of history, we have advertised the martyrdom alleged to have been accepted by sedition-mongers, for the idea of the commonweal. This advertisement has increased the contingent of liberals and has brought thousands of goyim into the ranks of our livestock cattle."

Witness the refusal of teachers in New York to give an oath to uphold the Constitution, and the fight that was made to keep them from being forced to do so. Witness the number of graduates that tolerate with somewhat disgust the reference to the saviors of our country of patriots; revolutionaries, however, being set upon a pedestal.

In a circular, sent out as an appeal for funds from members of the American Civil Liberties Union, dated in January, 1932, the following are among the many reasons for need of money:- "Carrying up in the California courts the refusal of citizenship to an alien Socialist . . . Toward the appeal in Philadelphia of a conviction for sedition . . . In what we hope are the last weeks of the campaign for the freedom. Of Mooney, public opinion must be kept hot and pressure kept up on California officials. The National Mooney-Billings Committee, organized by us, is in the hole $569 on that job."

Among the directorate and membership of this organization we pick a few names at random: Robert Morss Lovett, John Haynes Holmes, John Dewey, Paul Douglas, Glenn Frank, Felix Frankfurter, Sherwood Eddy, Francis J. McConnell, Samuel McCrea Calvert, etc., University professors, presidents, and graduation exercise speakers. Whether pink or red, it all comes from the same source. We pay for loyalty, patriotism, culture, and respect for the home; we get disloyalty, internationalism, gutter manners, and free love or companionate marriage. Should tax-supported and tax-exempt institutions be allowed to teach the destruction of the government that makes them possible?

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished; but chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and DESPISE GOVERNMENT." (II Peter Chap. 2, verses 9 and 10.)

GOVERNMENT

(From Protocol No. 10): "the mob cherishes a special affection and respect or the geniuses of political power and accepts all their deeds of violence with the admiring response: 'rascally, well, yes, it is rascally, but it's clever! . . . a trick, if you like, but how craftily played, how magnificently done, what impudent audacity!' "

No comment necessary on the above.

(From Protocol No. 10): "The president will, at our discretion, interpret the sense of such of the existing laws as admit of various interpretation; he will further annul them when we indicate to him the necessity to do so, besides this, he will have the right to propose temporary laws, and even new pretext both for one and the other being the requirements for the supreme welfare of the state."

(More from Protocol No. 10): "By such measure we shall obtain the power of destroying little by little, step by step, all that at the outset when we enter upon our rights, we are compelled to introduce into the constitutions of states to prepare for the transition to an imperceptible abolition of every kind of constitution, and then the time has come to turn every form of government into our despotism."

The recent court packing proposal that has been defeated so far, could have qualified as a very good example of the operation of the above excerpt. According to a syndicated article by Paul Mallon, Feb. 7, 1937: "The man behind the repacking process was Samuel I. Rosenman, New York Supreme Court Justice, a little known but close friend of President Roosevelt. The basic theory was essentially Rooseveltian - the President himself chose the plan - but Rosenman was in almost constant attendance at the White House while preparations were made."

The "Brain trust" must have been a brother (elder) to the Court Repacking Plan because in an article by Mr. PeStal in the "Jewish Examiner" we read.

"Attention was first drawn to Roosevelt's close association with Jews long before he became President. During Mr. Roosevelt's first gubernatorial campaign in New York in 1923, he became acquainted with Samuel I. Rosenman, then a member of the State Bill Drafting Commission .... Mr. Roosevelt appointed Mr. Rosenman his personal counsel. It was in the course of these relationships that Mr. Roosevelt came to appreciate Rosenman's judgment, and he soon charged him with a multiplicity of confidential and responsible tasks. When Roosevelt elevated Rosenman to the Supreme Court he admitted he was cutting of his right arm! That this was not idle flattery was evidenced by the fact that Judge Rosenman owns a photograph of Assistant Secretary of State Raymond Moley which is inscribed, 'To Sam Rosenman, founder and head of the Brain-Trust.' The inscription aptly summarizes Rosenman's service to Roosevelt because the now famous 'Brain-Trust' came into being during Roosevelt's years as Governor. Even now, Judge Rosenman is frequently called to Washington to consult with the President."

(From Protocol No. 3): "Nowadays, with the destruction of the aristocracy, the people have fallen into the grips of merciless money-grinding scoundrels who have laid a pitiless and cruel yoke upon the necks of the workers.

We appear on the scene as alleged saviors for the worker from this oppression when we propose to him to enter the ranks of our fighting forces -- Socialists, Anarchists, Communists - to whom we always give support in accordance with an alleged brotherly rule (of the solidarity of all humanity) of our social masonry."

Depressions furnish the membership for revolutionary organizations. Paid organizers can do the rest.

We wish you to read from a bulletin dated March, 1934, and entitled, "At Appeal to the Membership of the Socialist Party." It was given out by the Revolutionary Policy Committee" of the Socialist Party. It reads: "In organic connection with the struggle for the capture of state power the Socialist Party vigorously supports so-called reforms, such as the thirty-hour week, unemployment insurance, abolition of child labor, etc., not as steps in a gradual attainment of Socialism within the framework of the capitalist system -- but for the threefold purpose: 1, of drawing in hitherto uninterested workers; 2, for the purpose of imposing upon capitalism economic burdens greater than it can bear: and 3, of giving labor a sense of strength through these partial victories. Thus, the revolutionary crisis is hastened and at the same time workers are being prepared for it."

You might ask why it is that certain financiers would subsidize revolutionary socialists in breaking down private capitalism -- what would these financiers achieve?

The answer is that state capitalism would be substantiated for private capitalism. The state would own the business enterprises of the nation and certain financiers would own the state -- through ownership of the bond issues. The owners of bonds would not have to combat the hazards that go with the ownership of property of which must be accepted when in business. These owners would have their economic security guaranteed by the tax levies on the nation. Their investment would be a perfect investment; the government would run the business, take care of the depreciation, collect the proceeds, and GUARANTEE the return to the bondowners, THE WHOLE NATION BEING THE SECURITY.

Certain unnamed "bankers" have. . ."advised" President Roosevelt that a Federal indebtedness of 70 billion was not too great. It has been suggested that these "unnamed bankers" might be identified with the financiers of the preceding paragraph.

PROPAGANDA

(From Protocol No. 7): "We must compel the governments of the goyim to take action in the direction favored by our widely-conceived plan, already approaching the desired consummation, by what we shall represent as public opinion, secretly prompted by us through the means of that so-called 'Great Power' -- the Press, which, with a few exceptions that may be disregarded, is already entirely in our hands."

Over 85 per cent of the newspapers are owned by Jewish interests, and the remainder is dominated by the whip of advertising. The art of propaganda attains a science in suppressing some facts and giving undue significance to others; the perspective of the great mass of people can be governed, creating PUBLIC OPINION. Do you form your own conclusions regarding national events and policies or do you follow some Washington correspondent?

The National Radio chains are completely Jewishly controlled.

The influence of the movies extends to every phase of human conduct Not wishing to dwell on the displays of free love, gunmen, graft, drinking, etc., we do wish the reader to understand that a movie audience will applaud the very theories advanced in a movie that would destroy, in their practical application, our government. Considering their power to mould character, many a prayer has been offered that the ownership of the movies was such that they could be enrolled in the battle against revolution.

(From Protocol No. 5): "Moreover, the art of directing masses and individuals by means of cleverly manipulated theory and verbiage, by regulations of life in common and all sorts of other quirks, in all of which the goyim understand nothing, belongs likewise to the specialists of our administrative brain."

"In order to put public opinion into our hands we must bring it into a state of bewilderment by giving expression from all sides to so many contradictory opinions and for such length of time as will suffice to make the goyim lose their heads in the labyrinth and come to see that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind in matters political, which it is not given to the public to understand, because they are understood only by him who guides the public. This is the first secret."

There is no way of knowing the enormous amount of funds being spent in this country on propaganda. There was, according to Major General Amos A. Fries, speaking before the Sons of the American Revolution, $46,000,000 spent in the United States in 1930 for Revolutionary propaganda and work. This represents the co-ordinated disbursement from 122 foundations. Aside from the pink propaganda, violent red bolshevism has been printed in 58 different languages.

Even the numerous "polls" that are carried on in the newspapers and magazines are sickening. How long will it be before we will recognize the fact that even the "collectivists" know that the surest way of getting support to one side of a question {and the wrong side) is to make it appear that the same is shared in by "a majority" of the citizenry?

We hear much these days concerning "Academic Freedom." Too often it consists of the right to propagate revolutionary and unpatriotic doctrines by degrees, gradually leading up to active opposition to government. Forums are stage-managed so that both sides are "presented," but only one is "upheld." During the process reverence for God is attacked and the student's sense of morality is lowered.

Even the patriotic citizen is too often fooled. Many of our well-known organizations that formerly stood for patriotism with a worthy record behind them have been drawn into the "united front" of the enemy by collectivist-minded members becoming successfully entrenched in strategic positions. Today, one is almost afraid of joining any organization, no matter how worthwhile the objective of the moment, for fear that it will be just a matter of time before it goes the way of "all flesh.".

(From Protocol No. 12): "The pretext for stopping any publication will be the alleged plea that it is agitating the public mind without occasion or justification."

The freakish activity of the Dickstein Committee has amounted to an inquisition rather than an investigation. There have been millions of lines of space and millions of words in speeches trying to attach "Nazi" to everything in America, good or bad. Every organization that tries to inform the people concerning the sources of communism is called "Nazi." It is exactly the same strategy that was used in the conquest of Russia. The frank statement of the "American Hebrew Weekly" of New York City in its December 14 issue should explain the Dickstein travesty: "The facts are, as the readers of the American Hebrew know only too well, that the McCormack Committee (Dickstein) WAS CREATED MAINLY AS A NAZI-INVESTIGATING BODY, and that it took the broader name of "un-American activities" SOLELY TO MINIMIZE THE OPPOSITION." What about the La Follette Sub-Committee?

(From Protocol No. 15): "We have set them on the hobby-horse of an idea of collectivism . . . They have never yet and they never will have the sense to reflect that this hobby-horse is a manifest violation of the most important law of nature, which has established from the very creation of the world one unit unlike and precisely for the purpose of instituting individuality."

The sincerity of those advocating internationalism and collectivism makes it the hardest to combat and the most dangerous. The very fact that they are honestly trying to aid their fellow-men makes them effective. Their cause seems to be just because of its apparent support. They fail to note that unseen hands are responsible for lending a financial impetus to collectivist writers and speakers while the proponents of individualism are left to "paddle their own canoe."

(From Protocol No. 13): "The part played by the liberals utopian dreamers, will be finally played out when our government is acknowledged. Till such time they will continue to do us good service."
