This week we shall continue studying the deliberately flawed economic and political theories propagated by the Enemy in order to lead the world to disaster in "the prison house of every unclean and hateful bird." Then in the following two issues resume the discussion begun in Newsletter #186 concerning the inspiration and selection of the cannon of Scripture, and the translation of the Bible.

Trial by Jury for Civil Cases Axed
The Speaker of the NSW Legislative Assembly, John Murray, advised that "the Courts Legislation Ammendment (Civil Juries) Bill went through last Friday." As this was five days ahead of the date advised last week it was impossible for the public to attend the sitting. The top talk-back radio hosts had left for vacation and the controlled media has made not informed the public they can no longer expect trial by jury in civil cases.
The Official Secretary of the Governor of New South Wales wrote: ". . it would be totally inappropriate for Her Excellency to refuse the Royal Assent to something which has been accepted by the democratically elected representatives of the people".
Comment: It seems John Wilson had lawfully defeated the banks that make billions unlawfully and the courts that unlawfully refused to uphold the law, and to preserve the status quo the Establishment changed the law. Full story: rightsandwrong.com.au
UN Manual on Refugees' Reproductive Health Assailed
Vatican City, November 8, 2001 -- A UN field manual for refugees that promotes abortion, contraception and homosexual behavior has come under fire from a trio of pontifical councils.
The Pontifical Councils for Health Care Workers, for Migrants and Travelers, and for the Family signed a Note criticizing the manual, which deals with the "reproductive health" of refugees. Homos Commit Multiple Repeated Child Sex Offenses
Crestwood, KY, November 14, 2001 -- An important research paper by Dr. Judith Reisman, demonstrates with statistics from the 1992 US Statistical Abstracts that the 'gay' population contains a vast subset which "commits multiple, repeated child sex offenses."
Dr. Reisman is the famous psychologist who discovered that the main body of research which led to the sexual revolution was fraudulent. In her seminal work on the father of modern sexology, Alfred Kinsey, Reisman showed that Kinsey paid pedophiles to sexually experiment with children as young as 2 years of age. Kinsey later used that "data" to give impetus to pedophilia by claiming that children are sexual from birth.
Reisman cites the 1992 Statistical Abstract of the United States saying that 6 to 8 million boys are sexually victimized by members of the approximately 2 million-strong gay community in the US (2% of the adult male population in the US). Comparatively, the statistics indicate that 9% of the heterosexual adult male population of approximately 87 million are responsible for the victimization of 8 million girls. Thus the ratio shows 3 to 4.5 boys are victimized per homosexual male while 1 girl is victimized per 11 heterosexual males. Reisman concludes that since not all homosexual males sexually assault boys, a "'gay' subset commits multiple, repeated child sex offenses," each with an average number of victims above 4. Did Hollywood Have Jump Start in Propaganda War?
Have the black ops boys lent their script doctors to Osama bin Laden? Is he their star? Or is a Bollywood look-alike standing-in?
Bombing Afghanistan despite the US and British governments having provided no hard evidence that bin Laden was behind 9-11 is simply insane. Unless, of course, the US and British governments have a purpose entirely separate from their publicly stated aim of taking revenge for 9-11.
Are they using the strategy of Cain -- gathering people by creating a psychosis of persecution in order to foment hatred of Islam to foment World War III, introduce the conditions necessary for a world police state, and lay the groundwork for the world-wide revolution planned to follow World War III?
Now Washington has cynically used the mass slaughter at the WTC and the lesser attack on the Pentagon to rally its NATO forces, invoking Article Five of NATO's charter, under which all members of NATO must respond to an attack on any one.

The Feds' Psychic Spies
Prudence Calabrese may not be a soldier in the regular sense of the word, but the FBI and CIA are reportedly hoping her psychic warriors can help prevent future terrorist attacks.
Calabrese's company, TransDimensional Systems, employs 14 remote viewers and says the government has contracted with her to bolster the agency's more traditional investigative methods.
Remote viewers claim to be able to visualize events occurring in distant places by using higher or paranormal powers they say are inherent in all humans. . .
Tal Brooke, president of the Spiritual Counterfeits Project, a Berkeley research organization and think tank, understands. . . that remote viewing is definitely occult.

Comment: Like king Tidal, America, king of nations, is attacking and imposing her rule over whom she will and repeating the sins that caused Saul's downfall. America is resorting to witches with familiar spirits for knowledge rather than the Spirit of Truth Who guides into all Truth and shows us things that will come to pass in our day (John 16:13). The US government can receive no vision or dream, and there is no prophet in the land. They can not hear from the Lord because they have rejected the vindicated prophet God sent to them. In 1957 America rejected her last opportunity for national revival and Ichabod was written over her and her ear marked with an awl so she can never hear (I Samuel 28:3-19).
Like king Saul, instead of separating from and destroying the Serpent's seed when they were defeated, America saved its life as Saul preserved their forefather, king Agag, and supports it with 80 percent of her foreign aid budget (I Samuel 15).

The Death of the West
In his latest book, The Death of the West: How Dying Populations and Immigrant Invasions Imperil Our Country and Civilizations, Pat Buchanan draws on UN population projections, recent US Census figures and expert policy studies, and takes a cold, hard look at the decay of Europe and America and the decline of Western culture.
Not a single European country has a birth rate that will enable it to survive in its present form through this century. By 2050, only one-tenth of the world's population will be Europeans and it will be the oldest tenth on earth, with a median age of 50. Russia, already in a terminal population crisis, will, by 2050, be driven out of the Central Asia by Islamic invaders, and lose huge slices of Siberia and her Far East to a China 15 times as populous. There are 30 million foreign-born in the US and between nine and 11 million illegal aliens -- as many illegals as there are people in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut combined.
America is losing the cultural war. Militant paganism is crowding the old faiths. Separatism is triumphing over integration. The melting pot has become a salad bowl. And the impact upon American society, politics, and culture will be devastating.
Comment: This is not random happenstance but the predetermined outcome of carefully crafted policy identical to that of Lucifer who knew Eve could conceive by the Serpent and that miscegenation with Adam's offspring of would breed out his race, enabling Lucifer to usurp Michael's inheritance (Genesis 6:1-4). Jesus told us Satan's line through Cain and Canaan would repeat this genocide in the days of Christ's parousia which commenced in 1963 (Matthew 24:37-39).

EU Considers Plans to Outlaw Racism
Brussels November 29, 2001 -- Racism and xenophobia would become serious crimes in Britain for the first time, carrying a prison sentence of two years or more, under new proposals put forward by Brussels yesterday.
Holocaust denial or "trivialization" of Nazi atrocities would be banned, along with and participation in any group that promotes race hate.
The plans, drafted by the European Commission, define racism and xenophobia as aversion to individuals based on "race, colour, descent, religion or belief, national or ethnic origin".
Ordinary crimes would carry heavier penalties if they are motivated in any way by racism or xenophobia, or if the culprit is carrying out "professional activity", such as a police officer. . .
Nigel Farage MEP, the party's chairman, said: "I'm morbidly xenophobic about this new country called the European Union, so if that is covered by this law then I'm most certainly xenophobic and I could be extradited anywhere. So I'm going to make sure my overnight bag is packed and ready" (Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in Brussels).
IMF Admits Bankruptcy; Wall St. Alternatives a Fraud
Admitting that the debts of its post-1971 floating rate financial casino cannot be paid, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has called for new laws allowing countries with unpayable debts, to seek bankruptcy protection under the IMF to avoid "chaotic default."
"There remains a gaping hole" in the financial system, IMF First Deputy Managing Director Anne Krueger told the National Economists Club in Washington on November 26: "We lack incentives to help countries with unsustainable debts resolve them promptly and in an orderly way." There are "too many countries with insurmountable debt problems." With the 1990s mushrooming of the bond market, each debt now has too many creditors to coordinate, allowing uncooperative "vulture" creditors to create panic. Agreed rules for international bankruptcy, Krueger said, could prevent "unnecessarily heavy costs" for "the international community."
This is a "dramatic admission that the IMF system has failed," EIR Editor Lyndon LaRouche said on November 28. . . The only workable alternative is the policy of LaRouche: to shut down the supranational IMF, and have sovereign nation-states take back their economies.
In speeches around the world, from the Russian and Italian parliaments to global press interviews, LaRouche has said that today's entire dollar-based monetary system is completely bankrupt. The IMF's coy "we're partly bankrupt" admission should break the dam and free national leaders to follow LaRouche's lead. Why should they accept IMF diktats, when far more equitable proposals exist? Since 1991, LaRouche has repeatedly called for an "orderly bankruptcy reorganization" of all global debt. . .

Money is Power
Matthew 25:14-30, "The Son of man may be likened to a man traveling into a far country, that is, unto the Gentiles, and who called his own servants. (all of the truly great men of history have been servants -- Revelation 2:19), and entrusted them with money to invest during his absence. To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; dividing it in proportion to their abilities; and departed."

Take the money from this man and give it to him who has ten talents. Every good and faithful servant of Christ must, whatever his circumstances, personally and directly use such gifts and faith as he may have to make gain for Christ. This man separated his own selfish interests from his responsibility to tend and advance the interests of his lord, The hypocrisy of his excuse is exposed for had he truly believed his lord to be as hard-hearted and self-seeking as himself, he would have at least taken the precaution of depositing his money at interest.
The manipulation of God's unchanging Word by religious yet carnal men to suit the self-seeking motives of individuals and institutions has led to the Spiritual decline of the West. Human wisdom has superseded faith as concessions to the world have overridden God's Word.
"Socialism" is a political technique to reconcile public opinion to the final stages of the construction of monopoly. God wants the monopoly of our heart, for He will not share His glory with another. While Satan, taking the gradual approach of the Fabian Society, knows that such stealth will gain him the monopoly, for a little leaven leavens the whole lump.
Socialism is centralization, it is the policy of the bankers. The objective is world government dominated by those at the head of the international banking system, and supported by a world police force and control of food supplies and essential raw materials by the agencies of that government.
Socialism substitutes collective for individual ownership of capital and property -- the means of production, distribution and exchange. Nazism was national socialism, the policy pursued by (once) great Britain following World War II with her disastrous nationalization of industry. Communism is international socialism.
The politics of banking control is the result of conscious intention pursued by the banking system. And we are dealing with a collection of individuals which can be defined as constituting a club, or a nation, or a race. From the political point of view, they are an association; and the questions we are examining are the objectives of the association, and its organization. That is to say, we are concerned with policy and administration.
Financial policy has promoted monopoly developments quite explicitly; the Bank of England, Britain's local agency of International Finance (as the FED is America's), called the policy "rationalization." Such monopoly development was an a preliminary to "nationalization". Rationalization, or monopoly control of specific industries, was a step to nationalization, where distinct industries are brought under the one control. Then came deregulation of market controls and privatization which, because of the magnitude of the consolidation, led to the next step, or Globalization: nationalized industries are linked under one world control. And this is the objective of the group of men in control of the world financial system.
The cost of these public assets and resources is socialized, next they are sold to agencies of the banksters in exchange for credit -- book entries in terms of fiat money -- and under the new trading conditions of national and international deregulation of prices and trade, they become transformed from industries that once served to provide an essential public benefit (such as water, power, telecommunications, transport, inspection and regulation of standards, etc.,), the previously unheard-of profits of these stolen public monopolies are privatised. (Witness the failed Enron energy company whose market capitalization has diminshed from US$66.5 billion to just US$454 million over fifteen months, and once efficient public assets have been converted into liabilities).
The "common man" has no power whatever to issue effective directives to an organisation on this scale. Even their elected representatives would be powerless in relation to the permanent officials for once the bureaucracy is empowered to make regulations and decrees having the force of law, responsible government is undermined. The ballot-box merely introduces an element of inefficiency into the organisation. Consequently its elimination is to be expected.
The significance of (so-called) Social Security schemes is to control the individual thereby providing stability for the controlling organisation. They are in fact a scam whose monetary benefits are mere pittances; but the underlying assumption is that their recipients will be completely dependent on them, and actuarial calculations show that the majority of contributors will one day be old-age pensioners. Thus it is anticipated that in the years ahead, nothing better than a pittance will be available to the majority of those over 65 -- and this calculation does not allow for the steady depreciation in the value of money (inflation) over time.
(Some examples of this form of control are the compulsory employee/employee funded superannuation schemes required the Australian Government which long ago transferred compulsory aged pension tax contributions (which it still levies) into consolidated revenue. And a report last July, "Bringing Social Security Into the 21st Century" called for the privatization of US Social Security funds by releasing them from Trust into the greedy, grubby hands of the City of London's Wall Street gang).
But the real cost of this pittance to the worker is conformity to a network of regulations which is reaching ever finer details of the individual's existence. Once again, the financial mechanism is being used to achieve a definite objective. The essence of it is to make money essential to existence, arrange through inflation and taxation that whatever the standard of living, it absorbs the whole of the worker's income so that he cannot save, and so threaten him with insecurity -- starvation at retiring age -- unless he submits to controls throughout his working life. He thus becomes defenseless material for planning. A "human resource."
Citizens ought to license governments to undertake the works of which they approve, by voting the necessary funds. But as things are, citizens have only the most slender control over the governments; and although a correct use of the vote could rectify the immediate situation, it must be realized that the vote is an exceedingly crude mechanism, with a very limited use, and that it is essential to reinforce it with more adequate sanctions.
In the nineteenth century a number of secret societies emerged whose aim was to overthrow the established monarchical order in the name of "we the people". This was the incubation of the spirit of Communism Jesus called "Laodicea," meaning "peoples' rights." Their methods were the undermining of authority and religion, the systematic inculcation of immorality and the loosening of family ties, the promotion of disorder, and political assassinations. The French revolutions were their direct outcome and paved the way for (what C.H. Douglas called) "defective democracy." We know that the group behind our controlled undemocratic democracies is the group behind the banks who finance our nondemocratic corrupt political parties. Democracy is not of God and is a conduit for the immorality, false religion, lawlessness, sedition and apostacy by which Satan has quenched the zeal for holy living in the Spirit over the course of the twentieth century.
The bankster's United Nations and their "British" empire are subjugating all nations to their debased form of "democracy" by which means this hidden hand, always working under a different name and in a different occupation, can direct their destinies. Blame for failed policies falls on the elected representatives or front, under the Banks' control via the party system. The cost of failures is "socialized" to taxpayer account. And since international debt can not be repudiated and international loans seldom paid out, all profits accrue to the banksters.
(Item 15, The First Protocol of the Learned Elders of Zion. "Our power in the present tottering condition of all forms of power will be more invincible than any other, because it will remain invisible until the moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning can any longer undermine it").
At the same time as the mechanism of bureaucratic socialism was being devised, and made its first appearance in Bismarck's Germany, these ideas were adopted in Great Britain by the Fabian Society which set about making them respectable, with a view to making them eventually the ruling orthodoxy. Simultaneously another development of the secret society doctrines appeared in the form of Marxian socialism, leading to the formation of the Communist Party, which consisted, as it does to this day, of two parts -- the openly acknowledged Party, preaching Marxian socialism as an economic and political theory to be achieved by violence; and the underground, secret component, carrying on the traditions of the earlier secret societies and including some of the highest figures engaged in international finance. Members of this element have been penetrating educational institutions, departments of government, the churches, and various influential organizations for a very long time.
The Fabian Society founded the London School of Economics, which was endowed by the financier Sir Ernest Cassel. Here were elaborated the techniques of centralized state socialism, given forth as economic theory and disseminated throughout the world. And as time went by and generations were replaced, the new theories did indeed become the new orthodoxy, with ideas once held in revulsion dressed up in a scientific-sounding vocabulary.
The part played in all this by Finance was to maintain a defective economic system and consequently unrest, to be exploited as a desire for change and a provocation to disorder, to help break down traditional society: to divide and conquer. But an even more important role was the promotion of World War I, which arose out of trade war. World War I had three very important objectives. It virtually eliminated a generation, thus establishing a physical break in tradition; it immensely enlarged the scope of government and the power of bureaucrats to govern by regulation; and it enormously enlarged national debt, giving the financiers direct power over national policy.
The US Congressional Record lays the blame for World War I squarely at the feet of the Jewish bankers.
In the early part of the twentieth century the bankster Jacob Schiff financed terrorism in Russia on an enormous scale. In 1917 Lenin and a small band of highly trained Communist revolutionaries from America, passed through Germany into Russia and seized power. They set out to liquidate the bourgeoisie as a class, as being likely to develop effective opposition to Communism, and enslaved the workers, who were controlled both by terror and ration-cards.
The Versailles Treaty which concluded the War was drawn up by politicians advised by financiers, and the terms were such as to ensure a renewal of the war in due course, as well as interim control via the debt arrangements over British internal policy by international financiers.
The next great visible act of policy was the bringing about of the Great Depression of 1929, which was simply the result of calling in overdrafts on a scale sufficient to cause forced selling of securities and hence a catastrophic fall of prices, which spread through the economy with unemployment, bankruptcy and suicide in its train.
The Depression paved the way for the revolutionary take-over of the US government as the 'terrorist' attacks of September 11, 2001 are doing today. Institutions in the US similar to the London School of Economics had been training the revolutionaries of state socialism for years, and on Roosevelt's inauguration, and using him as a front, they seized power through one hundred days, implementing a series of carefully prepared measures (including the confiscation of all gold, the only 'money' with any 'value') under cover of a national 'crisis' brought about by closing all the banks.
The way was now clear to bring the depression to an end, which was done by massive government spending out of credit, the 'money' being recovered by enormously increased taxation and a steady increase in the price of goods.
The next required step was the resumption of war. Aided by the Communist Party (allegedly to eliminate the Social Democrats and open the way to Communism, but undoubtedly the top levels of the conspiracy, which includes both Finance and Communism, wanted World War, and knew their man). Hitler was brought to power. Both Hitler and Mussolini were funded and brought into power in the 1920's and '30s by international bankers, including the 12 banks which now make up the American Federal Reserve System. German re-armament was financed by the Bank of England (to cure unemployment) while pacifism was financed and encouraged in Great Britain and France. The German-Russian Pact set the blaze going.
Roosevelt early gave diplomatic recognition to the Soviet Union, thus allowing large numbers of highly trained Communists to come into the USA and collaborate with the conspirators in key positions in the American government. This process was extended to an incredible extent during the War.
The resumed war, besides eliminating another generation, and causing immense physical destruction to pave the way for full employment and the 'welfare' state of slavery under bureaucrats, began the final destruction of the British Empire, which had been the greatest barrier to World Government, the ultimate objective of the Conspiracy.
The objective of the Fabian Society (founded in 1884) and its shadowy backers was not the overthrow of government, but its capture by a patient and persistent gradualism. The Fabians understood the weakness of most politicians, of all parties, to tend to centralize political power, and set to work to get them to support legislation which would so centralise power that a process of delegation of power to a growing bureaucracy became inevitable. Once the bureaucracy was empowered to make regulations and decrees having the force of law, responsible Government was undermined. That is, they deliberately set out to pervert the Parliamentary system and to use it to reach the same objective which the Communists wanted to reach by force.
The introduction of universal suffrage, combined with the secret ballot, inevitably leads to irresponsible voting and to irresponsible politicians who will plead mandates for their actions. Universal suffrage is a trick of the Devil, for woman is not original creation and is made to deceive and be deceived. If she is to vote at all she should vote according to the instructions of her husband or if she is unmarried, her father (I Timothy 2:11-15).
Brother Branham said that the fifth of seven continuous visions the Lord revealed to him one morning in 1933 "had to do with the moral problem of our age, centering mostly around women. God showed me that women began to be out of their place with the granting of the vote. Then they cut off their hair, which signified that they were no longer under the authority of a man but insisted on either equal rights, or in most cases, more than equal rights. She adopted men's clothing and went into a state of undress, until the last picture I saw was a woman naked except for a little fig leaf type apron. With this vision I saw the terrible perversion and moral plight of the whole world" (William Branham, An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages, p. 321:1).
The London School of Economics was financed with the help of the Rothschilds, Sir Julius Wernher, Sir Ernest Cassel and similar financial magnates in order to make it a place "to raise and train the bureaucracy of the future Socialist State."
Five years after the founding of the London School of Economics (in 1895), it was incorporated in London University, since when its graduates have become more and more the preferred applicants for positions in government departments and elsewhere. Thus, just as children replace their parents, the influence of socialism has replaced the old ideas of the limitation of government, and this has happened not only in government departments, but in schools and universities and the mass media of communication. Natural death and birth accompanied by three generations of indoctrination since the LSE was formed have largely eliminated the bourgeoisie as an influence if not as a class. But Leninism was socialism in a hurry, and resorted to physical extermination.
The methods of Leninism in Russia were necessary to provide in a hurry a country in reserve to maintain a "threat of war" in a period when world war would become so destructive as to be a threat to its promoters. 'Safe' wars, like those in Korea and Vietnam require "large-scale planning" and 'strong' government was employed. But war on a scale which might through uncontrollable destruction destroy the basis of financial power, and even the conspirators themselves, was forbidden. From the very start, the atomic bomb has been used as a weapon to terrorize the nations into acceptance of internationalism. There was never any chance of all-out nuclear war unless and until, as Brother Branham foretold concerning Armageddon, some madman . . . an individual or representative of some fanatical individuals, not a nation-state, will push the button.
He said, "Now, notice here. Oh, look how the churches are big, these big organizations. They pool their money together and. . . Oh, mercy. They just become multi-billion, even have finances, loan associations among them, and everything, loaning out money and things, the churches. Brother, that don't sound like apostolic to me (Ephesians 2:20).
