I have been meaning to write on God's omniscience; His perfect will precluded death, polygamy, miscegenation, infidelity and divorce. When sin—unbelief—intruded the Lord in gracious love introduced His permissive will enabling Him to express His attributes as healer, provider, redeemer that we may reciprocate in mutual love. We see clearly how the first Adam was to multiply and fill the earth with his offspring—one happy family through natural reproduction in one flesh, one man and one wife.
God is not now thinking or even taking counsel with Himself. He has never had a new thought about anything because all His thoughts He has always had and always will have, and He knows the end from the beginning because He is God. THUS THE THOUGHTS OF GOD ARE ETERNAL THEY ARE REAL. They are not simply like a man with a blueprint he has drawn and which will one day be translated in form and substance. His thoughts are already real and eternal and part of God. God always had His thoughts for Adam but as thoughts Adam was unexpressed.
In Psalm 139:15-16, King David saw this revelation concerning himself, "My substance was not hid from You when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance yet being unperfect; and in Your Book of Life all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them." That was not written about Adam but it gives you the idea and knowledge that the thought was in God's mind, and that thought was eternal and had to be expressed. So when Adam was formed of the dust of the earth and his spiritual being created by God, Adam became God's thought expressed, and those eternal thoughts were then manifest.
God is infinite and omniscient so He makes no mistakes. His Law requires "eye for eye, tooth for tooth and life for life." A sinless near kinsman was required to pay sin's wages. As the eternal Spirit He could not die but as the Word expressed as man born of woman, the Last Adam surrended His Life and paid sin's price, redeemed His elect, and will grant certain into eternal Life from the Great White Throne. Trump's Additional Measures to Combat Antisemitism: US a Two-Tier Country
April 3, 2025 — A lot of what has gone wrong in the United States and elsewhere has been due to a racist Israel and its powerful lobbies. Consider for a moment some initiatives undertaken by presidents Joe Biden and Donald Trump that Americans who love their country should rightly find to be appalling, to include enabling the Jewish state's genocide in Gaza and the elevation of "antisemitism" to the status of the number one "crime" that the Department of Justice is willing to investigate and prosecute, up to and including deportation of legal residents who dare to question what is taking place in Palestine.
When I refer to America becoming two-tier I am particularly thinking of US foreign policy, most particularly as it relates to the Middle East, and the operational imperatives of the Department of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General. And when I say two-tier I am suggesting that there are specific policies that are purely the product of political and economic corruption in that they do not serve any US interest—indeed, they are contrary to American interests and designed to favor Israel and the groups and billionaires that make up the Israel Lobby over other American citizens and legal residents. In practice this has meant supporting everything the state of Israel does, no matter how atrocious, while also funding, equipping and providing political cover for the slaughter of possibly as many as two-to-four hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and the deportation of three million more.
Biden and Trump have given Netanyahu the green light to turning what was once Palestine into an Eretz (Greater) Israel . . . Few Americans know that the Department of Homeland Security's discretionary funding grants to enhance security goes more than 90% to Jewish groups and sites, to the tune of well over $400 million, and that does not include taxpayer funding of the proliferating so-called holocaust museums. And recent steps to suppress social media, most notably TikTok, came about after extremist Jewish groups like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) began whining about negative coverage of the atrocities being committed by Israel, to include exposes of Israeli corruption of US Congressmen. Indeed, "antisemitism," the symptoms of which deliberately include criticism of Israel, is the only crime that the Justice Department is willing to pursue with a Task Force, which may have Israeli intelligence officers accompanying, currently traveling throughout the nation and confronting universities with non-negotiable demands that they modify their teachings and take steps to stamp out any negative characterizations of Jews or the Jewish state Full story: globalresearch.ca

The Last Chapter of the Genocide
March 29, 2025 — The final chapter marks the end of Israeli lies. The lie of the two-state solution, the lie that Israel respects the laws of war that protect civilians. The lie that Israel bombs hospitals and schools only because they are used by Hamas as staging areas, and the lie that Hamas uses civilians as human shields, when in truth Israel routinely forces captive Palestinians to enter potentially booby-trapped tunnels and buildings ahead of Israeli troops.
The lie that Hamas or an Islamic Jihad are responsible for the destruction of errant Palestinian rockets are responsible for the destruction of hospitals, United Nations' buildings or mass Palestinian casualties. The lie that humanitarian aid to Gaza is blocked because Hamas is hijacking the trucks or smuggling in weapons and war material. The lie that Israeli babies are beheaded or Palestinians carried out mass rape of Israeli women. The lie that 75 percent of the tens of thousands killed in Gaza were Hamas "terrorists." The lie that because Hamas was allegedly rearming and recruiting new fighters, is responsible for the breakdown of the ceasefire agreement.
Israel's naked genocidal visage is exposed. It has ordered the evacuation of northern Gaza where desperate Palestinians are camped out amid the rubble of their homes. What comes now is mass starvation—the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said on March 21 it has six days of flour supplies left—deaths from diseases caused by contaminated water and food, scores of killed and wounded each day under the relentless assault of bombs, missiles, shells and bullets. Nothing will function, bakeries, water treatment and sewage plants, hospitals—Israel blew up the damaged Turkish-Palestinian hospital on March 21—schools, aid distribution centers or clinics. Less than half of the 53 emergency vehicles operated by the Palestine Red Crescent Society are functional due to fuel shortages. Soon there will be none.

April 2, 2025 — There is nothing more dangerous than an incomplete picture of history. A hundred years from now, if the powers-that-be have their way, the few children still allowed to be born (due to carbon controls) will be regaled with school lessons about the "Dark Ages of Nationalism"—when humanity was divided into warring states and divided societies that refused to embrace multiculturalism "to the detriment of all".
They will say a "great movement" for globalism and wokeness arose and that the courageous revolutionaries fought evil conservative fascists using any means necessary. The political left will be painted as heroes fighting, not for freedom, but for equity and the "greater good." Western culture, Christianity, meritocracy, moral objectivity, personal liberty and appeals to reason will be demonized as relics of the old world.

Monogamy, Polygamy and Divorce
Genesis 1:25-28, "God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind and everything that creeps upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God said, Let us make man." Here is a change to the first person imperative and "nature" is addressed more as an associate than as a servant. "Let us make man," the higher work in which both co-operate—God directly and sovereignly—"nature" mediately and obediently through the divine Word. From the one come man's body or physical self, from the other his diviner life and image. Jehovah Elohim formed man from the dust of the earth but the Most High breathed the spirit of lives into man and "made man in our image, after our likeness" meaning that he should be like both. That is, in the composition of his body a likeness of earth or nature from which he was taken, and in his spirit like the higher order of being that is incorporeal—having no physical/material existence, and immortal—soul. And so in what follows, He says, "in the image of God" (alone or unassociated) He created him, to set forth the wonderful distinction or miracle by which man is distinguished from the rest of the creatures.
"In our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them".
The image denotes the ideal, and therefore also the disposition, the being, the definition; the likeness denotes the actuality, the appearing. Before God made man, He called Himself "El, Elah, Elohim"—the self-existent One alone by Himself. Nothing existed before Him. He was all the existence there ever was. In Exodus 6:2-3, "God spoke to Moses, and said to him, I am Jehovah: and I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, by the Name of God Almighty (El-Shaddai), but by My Name JEHOVAH I was not known to the Patriarchs." Its full and precious import is only now about to be revealed. To the Patriarchs He was known, when giving the promises, as God, Almighty to fulfill them (Genesis 17:1). To Moses He was known as Jehovah unchangeably faithful in keeping them (Malachi 3:6). Hebrews 13:8 confirms Jesus of the New Testament is Jehovah of the Old Testament, "the same, yesterday, and today, and forever;" there is no trinity. Elohim can do all that He wills; Jehovah will do all that He has promised. Elohim (the plural im expressing the fullness of God's powers) is appropriate to creation (Genesis 1 – 2:3); JEHOVAH ELOHIM to paradise and to the covenant of grace at the fall; the combination identifies the Jehovah of the moral government with the Elohim of creation. Still no trinity of gods!
"Jehovah" means that He gave man to be an amateur god. Because He is Father God, and He made a man an amateur god, so He isn't self-existent anymore; He exists with His family. Amen. Elah, Elah, Elohim . . . Now He is Jehovah meaning the "One Who exists with His family."
Immanuel proves that He is what the Name means (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:20-25) Jesus means Jehovah-Saviour, the personal God in covenant with His people, manifesting boundless mercy, righteousness and faithfulness to His Word, while Immanuel means "God with us," the I AM." To My people whatsoever they want, pleading God's covenanted promises: light, life, salvation, glory, their exceeding great reward, etc. I AM all that My Word declares, and their threefold nature, body, spirit, and soul requires. I am always this to them. "Before Abraham began to be I AM" (Matthew 28:20; John 8:58), not the "WE ARE".
Genesis 2:18-25, "And the LORD God said, it is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a suitable helper. And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam (as god of this earth) to see what he would call them: and whatever Adam called every living creature, that was its name; but for Adam there was not found a suitable helper. So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh at that place; and the LORD God fashioned a woman from the rib He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. And Adam said, this is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. For this cause a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed".
God does not change His mind on His Word (II Corinthians 2:19; Hebrews 1:12; 13:8). His plan was for one man and one wife to be united as one until they are parted in death (Matthew 19:5; Mark 10:7-8; I Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 5:31).
Matthew 19:3-12, "The Pharisees also came to Jesus, testing Him, and saying, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?"
"And He answered and said, Have you not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they two shall be one flesh? Consequently they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together let no man separate.
Why then did Moses command to give her a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He replied, because of the hardness of your heart Moses permitted you to divorce your wife; but from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for (undeclared) fornication (which would be breach of promise), and marries another, commits adultery: and whoso marries her will commit adultery. His disciples said to Him, if the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry. But He said to them, not all men can receive this statement, but those to whom it is given. For there are some eunuchs, who were born that way from mother's womb: and there are some who were made eunuchs by men, and also eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven. He that is able to receive let him receive it".
No-fault divorce in Australia is as evil as "multiculturalism," a euphemism for miscegenation which destroys civilization and race.
I Corinthians 6:14-20, "God has both raisen up the Lord, and will also rise up us by His power. Don't you know that your bodies are the members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of a harlot? God forbid. Don't you know that one who joins himself to a harlot is one body? For the two, said He, shall be flesh. But he who is joined to the Lord is one Spirit with Him."
Flee fornication. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body; but he who commits fornication sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost Who is in you, Whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's".
Ephesians 5:22-23, "Wives, subject yourselves to your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church: and He is the Saviour of the Body. Therefore as the Church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything".
"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church, and gave Himself up for her; that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word, that He might present the Church to Himself in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord the Church: for we are members of His Body, of His flesh, and of His bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they two shall become one flesh. This mystery is great: but I speak concerning Christ and the Church. Nevertheless let each individual among you also love his own wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband".
God ordained the five-fold ministry "to equip the saints for the work of the ministry (I Peter 3:15) for building up the Body of Christ; till we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God that brings mature manhood, tending toward the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12-13). Every elect is to represent Christ to the world by having the "Token" or evidence of His Life on display at all times, for judgment must begin at the house of God.
In Israel the Levitical priesthood was separated to God from the twelve tribes to minister the Word of God and keep Israel sanctified and separated from profanity. They type the Bride of Christ who is separated from her non-elect kindred and the things of the world (I Peter 2:5). Whereas the nation of Israel was the servant of Jehovah whose union was conditional to obedience, the true Church is the Bride of Christ individually united to the Word through an indissoluble bond in the Spirit God calls an invisible marriage union between our soul and Christ the Word wherein we are one in the Holy Spirit as a man and his wife are one in the flesh (I Corinthians 6:17; Genesis 2:23-24). The marriage union between the Last Adam and His Bride is patterned after the union wherein the Lord bound the First Adam and his wife, Eve; every genuinely born-again Christian is eternally and irrevocably bound to the Lord alone; there is no divorce and no polygamy.
Since the Seven Church Ages were fulfilled at the close of Laodicea, and John (who represents Christ's end-time Bride throughout the Book of Revelation) was caught up in the 'rapture' to see "things that must be hereafter" (Revelation 4:1). Christ having fulfilled the office Son of God and Mediator in behalf of the Church Age saints, who were ignorant of the fullness of the Word, answers the call for our near Kinsman Redeemer. No longer the bleeding bloody Lamb, He advances as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Son of Man and Judge, claims the Book of Life containing the Names of all He has redeemed, and looses its Seven Seals (Revelation 5). In Revelation 17:5 and 18:4 He calls His elect OUT from the Judaeo-Roman false church "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH," her once Protestant daughters, and the elect enter INTO the unity of the faith. "For in the days of the voice of the seventh angel (William Branham), when he began to sound (in 1963), the mystery of God was finished, as He has declared to His servants the prophets" (Revelation 10:7). Christ's end-time Bride must be D_E_A_D to that adulterous world church system before she can marry Christ, who is not a trinity of gods (Amos 3:3).
Jesus divorced His servant Israel, say 1,995 years ago: "a servant does not abide in the house forever, his tenure is conditional, but the son remains forever without condition" (John 8:35). From the Book of Ruth we learn that Christ must redeem Israel before He can marry His Gentile Bride. He did so but Israel crucified his Kinsman Redeemer and God will not deal with the nation until "the time of Jacob's trouble" in the great tribulation. But from the Day of Pentecost He has redeemed individual Israelites. Counting from 780BC we are well into "the third thousand year day" (Hosea 6:1-3); when God will return to Israel and the nation will be born-again on one day—all 144,000 of them (Isaiah 30:26; 66:8; Jeremiah 3; Hosea 2; Joel 2:32; Romans 11:26). Their indissoluble bond of the Spirit will be that of servant, "for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His Wife has made herself ready" for the Sixth Seal, Seventh Trumpet and Seventh Vial (Revelation 6:12; 14:1-5; 11:14; 16:17).
God regarded all Israel as His beloved holy nation; under God's Law the women were honoured. Men who unjustly repudiated Hebrew wives committed an "abomination" classed with idolatry, witchcraft and adultery, and stood to be "cut off out of the tents of Jacob." Unlawful divorce became a national sin so no one should escape judgment, both Levites with the authority of teaching and the laymen their pupils or "scholars" were guilty of "this . . . abomination." This emphasizes the need for we Christians to heed the admonition of the noble Bereans and "receive the preaching and teaching with all readiness of mind, then search the Scriptures daily, whether those things are so" lest we rest our eternal destiny on a second-hand religion (Acts 17:11).
Malachi 2:10-16, "Have we not all one Father? Has not one God created us? Why then do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?" What is God's attitude toward polygamy? God is the One who brought marriage into the world. He made the first man, Adam (Genesis 1:26). He saw that it was not good for Adam to be alone. He then made one "wife" for Adam, not "wives." Had He had wanted Adam to have more than one wife, He would have made two or three. The first polygamist named in Scripture was the murderer Laban of the seventh generation of Cain—physical Serpent's seed absent the Book of Life (Genesis 4:19-24).
Cain was the fruit of original sin between the Devil-incarnate Serpent who impregnated Eve; she taught her prophet husband Adam, ending woman's co-equality with man and prohibited her authority to teach and preach. Today apostate (once) Christian nations applaud miscegenation as "multiculturalism, condone lust, polygamy, adultery and unlawful divorce.
Genesis 6:1-6, "It came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God (Adam's race) saw the daughters of men (Cain's Serpent's seed race) that they were beautiful; and they took women for themslves whoever they chose. And the LORD said My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and bore children to them, those were the same mighty men which were of old, men of renown. And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in his heart".
Today we have two races on earth, "and God put enmity between them" (Genesis 3:15).
Judah dealt treacherously against their wives under the Covenant God made with the Patriarchs to be His peculiar people. They profaned the Covenant by dealing treacherously against their brethren in order to satisfy their lust for "daughters of a strange god" and alien to the Covenant of promise (Ephesians 2:12). This was a profanation of the holy seed (Ezra 9:1, 2; 10:2; Nehemiah 13:23), for natural Israel like Spiritual Israel, the true Church, was holiness unto the Lord (Jeremiah 2:3; Matthew 25:6; II Corinthians 6:14-18; I Thessalonians 4:16; Revelation 18:4).
"In Judah, and in Israel, and in Jerusalem there is treachery; for the men of Judah have profaned the holy Temple of the Lord which He loves, marrying heathen women who worship idols. The Lord will cut off from His Covenant to the last man, whether minister or layman, all who have done this sin".
Marrying wives who have neither understanding in nor knowledge of Israel's God, or the presence of anyone or anything unconsecrated to Him, such as an idolatress, is regarded as profaning all that God has entrusted to His people: God excommunicates them from Israel and deprives them of access to the Temple courts. This was not marriage to just any foreigner but to one who leads Judah astray to "serve foreign gods" (Deuteronomy 17:1-7; 3:6-11) and a repetition of what had previously brought about Israel's downfall (Deuteronomy 31:16-19; II Kings 17:7-41; Jeremiah 5:19; 8:19).
Malachi's prophecy was delivered in 397BC. The great national disaster of 586BC when Nebuchadnezzar destroyed Jerusalem, razed the Temple and took the people captive had been forgotten. What had been entrusted to the renewed community—the Land of their fathers, the people, and the revived sanctuary (which had been rededicated only in 515BC) was again being profaned.
"And this you have done a second time, covering the altar of the Lord with the tears of your forsaken wives." The first charge condemned marriage to Serpent's seed women, and idolatresses, the second charge is unfaithfulness to "the wife of your youth," who is divorced rather than supported, causing her to weep, pouring out her heart before the God who witnessed her covenant of marriage thereby compounding the sin of the husband's treachery against God's covenant with Israel by his treachery against his covenant with his wife. The Lord will not receive his sacrifice of prayer nor bless him.
Refusing to be ashamed, and to confess their guilt, the men shamelessly ask the reason for their rejection. Malachi 2:14, "Because the Lord witnessed the vows between you and the wife of your youth (for life), against whom you have dealt treacherously: she is the companion you swore to care for and keep, and the wife of your covenant." A sin against a daughter of God's Covenant is a sin against God. The church ceremony is NOT the marriage, but a public testimony in which we ask God to bless us before the witness of family and friends. We are married when we exchange vows one to another, a transaction that takes place some considerable time before the ceremony is planned. God is bound by His Word which is the expression of His unchanging thoughts, and He holds you to your word.
Malachi 2:15, "And did not He make one? Yet had He the residue of the Spirit. That He might seek a godly race. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth." The First Adam represented the whole human race in his own person but Eve's polyandry fractured God's plan. "In the beginning it was not so" (Matthew 19:7-8). Sin entered the world by the action of one man who sought to redeem a wife who should have been burnt along with the hybrid monster in her womb as says the Law (Leviticus 21:9; Psalm 119:89). The Last Adam is "the faithful and true witness and the beginning of the new creation of God" lay down His Life as kinsman Redeemer of all nations from the First Adam's race. Christ bore the continuation of the new creation of God by Spiritual revelation of the Word for the hour, not by sexual desire.
So we see that God's plan is one man and one wife for life.
Deuteronomy 23:2, a bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation (400 years) shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD." If a man has several wives and is subsequently born-again, and they are also born-again, or pleased to dwell with him, he is not to put them away. However he would be disqualified from holding the lay office of Deacon or Bishop.
I Timothy 3:1-3, "This is a true saying, if a man desires the office of a bishop, he desires a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, not a polygamist, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach."
I Timothy 3:12, "Let the deacons be the husband of one wife not a polygamist, ruling their children and their own houses well".
Titus 1:5-6, "For this cause left I you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed you: If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, not a polygamist having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly".
Polygamy exacerbates the impoverishment of women and lays many additional burdens.
Polygamy with its accompanying absence of equitable means for justly allocating the respective interests of a man's numerous wives presents problematic administration of estate laws, effectively barring a widow's rights to inherit.
Serious problems therefore arise when men move from monogamous, statutory marriages to polygamous, customary law marriages or vice versa, an act which clearly constitutes the offense of bigamy under existing laws in most nations.
Son preference and its implications for the status of the girl child.
Female genital mutilation.
Female infanticide.
In polygamy women are thus still depicted as passive and domestically oriented, while men are depicted as dominant and as breadwinners.
Early marriage and dowry.
Jesus made it clear that God's intention from the beginning was: one man and one woman in a divinely sanctioned union (Matthew 19:1-10). In God's mind, marriage is intended to be a reflection of the union He wants to have with His people (Ephesians 5:22-33). Christianity is the fulfillment of God's promises and His plan of salvation, including the institution of marriage, which is built on the previous foundation in the Old Testament. That is why the Old and New Testaments form one book: the Bible. In His "Sermon on the Mount" Jesus said, "Think not that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen; will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven" (Mathew 5:17-20).
What Christ meant is that fulfillment of the Law (of Moses) was manifest by the final reconciliation of Mankind with God. The Law of Moses was a huge burden that no one was able to obey. One purpose of the Law was to show us our inability to produce righteousness that is acceptable to God. The "fulfillment" brought by Jesus Messiah gave us the rationale, or "good news" explaining our existence and salvation. What emerges from this is a whole new understanding, with marriage part of it.
Malachi 2:10-14, "Don't we all have one father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously each against his brother, so as to profane the covenant of our fathers? Judah has dealt treacherously, and an abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah has profaned the sanctuary of the LORD which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god. As for the man who does this, may the LORD cut off from the tents of Jacob everyone who wakes and answers, or who presents a grain offering to the LORD of hosts. And this is another thing that you have done: you cover the altar of the LORD with tears, (shed by your unoffending wives, divorced by you that you might take heathen wives, and with your own groaning because the Lord no longer regards the offering or accepts it with favour from your hand. Yet you say, "For what reason?" Because the LORD was witness between you and the wife of your youth, against whom you have dealt treacherously: yet she is your companion and your wife by covenant". nl1331.htm
