Green Flies – the Chicken or the Egg

>Brother Branham said, "If sin put a stain on a human being, and Moses, by offering a sheep, could take the Voice of God . . . "I'll put My Words in your mouth". And he walked out there with the Word of God and said, "Let there be flies," and there wasn't a fly nowhere . . . In less than five minutes, maybe, an old green fly begin to buzz around. In another ten minutes they were maybe two pounds per square yard. What was it? The Word of God in the mouth of His prophet. The Word of God is creating. But it's got to come from the right resource" (Look, 63-0428).

Life multiplies abundantly. One bacterium in 24 hours can produce 281,500,000,000,000 descendants. A fly can lay 500 eggs in a season, each of which can develop into a fly capable of laying 500 eggs of its own. If all the eggs hatched and survived the original fly would have enough descendants in 6 months to cover the earth with flies, to a depth of about 50 feet.

A common potato bug is said to be capable of producing 60,000 offspring in a season; a single sunfish lays 3,000,000,000 eggs a season; an oyster 100,000,000; a codfish 10,000,000; a toad 20,000; spiders have 2,000 babies in one cocoon; a logger-head turtle lays 1,000 eggs at a time; and a pair of meadow mice could produce 1,000,000 offspring in a single year. An elm tree produces 1,584,000,000 seeds and a barley seed 18,000 grains. But out of the billions of yearly reproductions of nature, not one Monkey's tail has been produced by anything except a Monkey. There is no proof of man in various stages from a molecule to a monkey, or from a monkey to a man!

There can be no evolution without the power of reproduction in living things. Since reproduction is a prior condition to evolution, it cannot be a product of it!

Hence, we face the logical necessity for the creation of life and its power of continued reproduction. The power of reproduction is not in the embryo, only in the mature parent. An egg cannot produce an egg.

It is also true that the egg is not improvable by itself. Improvement can come only in and through the mature form. Therefore, the parent-form of life must have been created in the beginning to have produced an egg from which alone offspring can come.

"And if God could take that man, and bridge a way across there by the blood of sheep and goats, and make the Word of God creative by the mouth of a man . . . or the power of the sacrifice of a bull or a goat, how much more the Blood of Jesus Christ when sin is confessed and drops into that bleach of God ... God's own creative way of taking away the stain so far that it's put in the Sea of Forgetfulness to be remembered no more. When a man confesses his sins and gets right with God, and God drops the sin of this confession, into the Blood of His own Blood and forgives that sin, and places in that man the original Spirit that should been there, His own Spirit, making him a son of God, how much more ought the creative power of God to be in the church. See? It breaks down every wall of sin . . ."

"See, people today try to say those words were back for another age. It is if you're still out from under that Blood. But if you're under that Blood the power of God by His Word remains the same. It's got to be the same. If He could do that by the blood of sheep and animals, what about the Blood of Jesus Christ?"

"I could do it. We must cope our lives and focus it into the Word of God. Just like we would a picture camera, or try to get the right focus before we snap it, and then we've got the real true picture. That's what we want to do, to focus our lives into Jesus Christ, that Christ and you become the same Person. You are a son adopted to God by the Blood of the righteous Jesus Christ" (Look, 63-0428).

Mantra of Unbelief

I have been testifying to a denominational lay preacher who loves the Lord Jesus and teaches Scripture in schools. But when we speak of the reality of Christ's finished Work in the lives of genuine Christians he denounces that fact, qualifying his disbelief by the mantra of Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God".

Brethren, Jesus commanded us to, "Be perfect, even as our Father Who is in heaven is perfect". That word "perfect" means mature and complete, lacking nothing of the nature and character of God. And God made a way by faith through the blood of Jesus Christ which is our atonement.

Truly both Israelite and Gentile, have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but if we are the called according to His purpose we are predestinated according to His foreknowledge that we will come under re-eminence to be conformed to His Word and reproduce the Life waved in the firstripe Sheaf. If we are so predestinated, we are called, justified and accounted already glorified because God will finish that work begun in us, having sealed us to the day of our redemption. If God has justified and declared us reconciled and righteous, who can accuse us of sin? (Romans 8:28-33; Ephesians 4:30).

Sin is one thing only—unbelief in the revealed Word of God (John 3:18; Romans 11:19, 27; Hebrews 3:17-19; James 4:17). Just as love, joy and peace are fruit or attributes of the Holy Spirit and not the Spirit itself, smoking, lying; drinking, adultery, murder, and stealing are not sin but the fruit or product of unbelief. People do these things because they are sinners, or unbelievers in the revealed Word of God.

Because of the Fall we were each formed in iniquity and conceived in sin and have at some time sinned or disbelieved God's revealed Word. But genuine born-again Christians can not sin or unbelieve the revealed Word of God.

We cannot disbelieve the revealed Word and also have faith. Faith is Divine revelation or Spiritual understanding of God's revealed Word. People recite Romans 3:23 without thought, taking it out of context. Reading Romans chapter 3 through 11 we find Paul explains how because of their sin or unbelief in the revealed Word, God has suspended His Covenant relationship with Israel AS A NATION until the Gentile Church is complete. (That sure manifests the folly of British Israel doctrine). However, Paul explains that God is still dealing with INDIVIDUAL Israelites who can be made righteous through the new birth just like us. Therefore, "there is no difference" (Romans 3:22)—again we see the folly of British Israel theology—or both Israelite and Gentile "have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

God is only dealing with elect INDIVIDUALS from Adam's fallen race foreknown as receiving His Word. It is irrelevant whether they are Israelites of Gentiles—provided as they are in Adam's race. Israel as a nation sinned and has lost the Promise of Abraham until after the close of the Gentile dispensation, but individual Hebrews may receive that blessing as part of the Body of Christ.

Paul was not branding every man a permanent sinner. This would deny Christ's atonement and the work of the Holy Spirit in a new birth. He was distinguishing between INDIVIDUAL Israelites and the sinful NATION of Israel so the Church would not disdain to recognize born-again Hebrews as brothers-in-Christ and without sin.

We all start life as sinners, but once we are born-again we are sinners no longer. Romans 3:24-26, "Being justified freely by God's grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:"

That word "justified" does not mean "forgiven", it means just, as though we never did it in the first place. Being redeemed by grace through faith we are in right standing with God and righteous as verses 21-22 and Romans 4 explain. For Christ was raised for our justification and His righteousness is imputed to us by faith or a clear revelation so we are no longer sinners short of God's glory, for we are IN Christ Jesus and old things have passed away and "In Him is NO sin" (I John 3:5).

"God openly set forth Jesus Christ to be a propitiation (a mercy seat, atonement or covering of sin) through faith in His blood, to declare God's righteousness for the REMISSION of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time His righteousness: that He might be just, and the justifier of he who has true faith in Jesus."

Now if God says, "I am righteous" by grace through faith, I believe Him, accept His grace and will not account myself a sinner. People who chant the mantra, "All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God", implying everyone is a sinner, are indeed sinners themselves being without the faith or revelation of God's Word and are NOT born-again. If God has declared the old man dead, don't dig him up. Accept God at His Word.

I was speaking with another man who loves the Lord; he was telling me how a certain Charismatic group had healed many people but that their healing was of the Devil because it did not last. The fact is, Satan cannot heal, create or procreate. All healing comes from God. Correctly placed, His Word always produces what it said. God honored the faith of those who were healed, but when they began to doubt and disbelieve they resurrected their sickness.

I suspect the mantra of Romans 3:23 is used by certain clergy in the FALSE church to engender fear so they can have power over their congregation. This is nicolaitanism which Jesus hates. A person under condemnation lacks faith and cannot have confidence to accomplish their objectives. Any who imagines himself a sinner falling short of the glory of God will not manifest the Sons of God and will not be translated with the living saints.

Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to them who are IN Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." Therefore we walk boldly before the throne of grave with our petitions (Hebrews 4:16).

I John 1:7-2:5 expresses the same thought. Whereas Christians were once sinners. And if we say we have not sinned in the past we are liars and the truth is not in us. But Jesus is the propitiation, satisfaction or atonement for our sins and if we are walking in the PRESENT Truth then we are under the blood, born again, and without sin.

"Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His seed—the revelation or faith of His Word remains in Him and He cannot unbelieve or sin, because he is born of God" (I John 3:9; 5:18; I Peter 1:22-24).

Gabriel told Daniel that in the last week of years determined to Israel God would "Make an end of sin" among His people and in His city of Jerusalem. How? By doing-away with Israel's blindness and unbelief in His revealed Word that they may receive the faith and be born-again. He "made an END of sin" for us 2,000 years ago on the day of Pentecost when He inaugurated the Gentile Church by the baptism with the Holy Spirit — receive the Promise!

One cannot be a black-white bird, a drunk-sober man or indoors and outside at the same time. Neither can one be a sinner and a saint. We were once sinners and fell far short of the glory of God but Jesus appeared at the end of the dispensation of the Law to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment, we have eternal Life having paid for our sins in Christ on Calvary (Hebrews 9:26).

If we are born-again we are at one with God, having the mind of Christ in us which is faith, the hope of glory, not sin, which is unbelief. We are dead to sin, our former nature crucified was with Christ that our body might no longer be enslaved by sin (Romans 6:6). Colossians 3:3, "We are dead to the world and the things of the world and our Life is hid with Christ in God" because our soul in an Attribute of the Logos which was made flesh and crucified on Calvary. All the fullness of the Word was crucified so God's elect are accounted as having died in Christ on Calvary thereby paying sin's penalty, and having died once can NEVER come to the Judgment we but have passed from death unto Life" (John 5:24).

II Corinthians 5:14-6:1, "The love of Christ compels us because we recognize that if One died for all, then we ALL died: And He died for all, so that all those who live should not henceforth live for themselves, but unto He who died for them, and rose again.

Consequently we know no man after the flesh as the world sees him, even though we once thought of Christ from a human perspective, yet now that our revelation is mature we no longer understand Him in terms of the fleshly outer Man (but by Christ, the Man ruling his born-again soul).

Therefore anyone baptized into Christ is a new creation: the old nature on his soul has passed away and the new nature has come, which is the Word from Heaven. And all things are of God, who has RECONCILED us to Himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation. (If we are reconciled we can not sin).

God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself, not counting their trespasses against them; and has committed to us the Message of reconciliation. (We cannot have "the Word of reconciliation" if we are in sin or unbelief).

Now we are Christ's ambassadors, and God is appealing through us: as Christ's personal representatives we implore you to be reconciled to God. For God made Him (who knew no sin) to be sin for us; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. As God's fellow workers laboring together with Him, implore you that you receive not the grace of God in vain."

In other words, don't receive the Message and continue to regard yourself as a sinner. If you are truly reconciled to God through Christ you are without sin; and because you are IN Christ, the glory of God, you have not fallen short of His glory.

God fore knew the decisions each of us would make when confronted with His revealed Word, thus we are predestinated according to His foreknowledge of how we would exercise our own free will. Today we are here on earth taking a loop through time space to fulfill our chosen destiny foreknown of God.

The commission of Christ's ministers in this day is to preach His Bride into the rapture. He is the high priest of our testimony. If we profess ourselves sinners, that's what we are; we are NOT in the faith and will NOT be in the translation. Before the catching away of the Bride is the manifestation of the Sons of God when God will perform what we speak because we will say only what is inspired of Him. But if you have doubt instead of faith and consider yourself a sinner, that's as sure a sign as anything you are not in the Bride and will enter the tribulation, not the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.

Receive not the grace of God in vain. If you are a Christian you are without sin and cannot sin and Christ will present you to Himself at the bema judgment as a member of His glorious Church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing but holy and without blemish (Ephesians 5:27; II Peter 3:14). nl093.htm
