I greet you once again in the Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our subject tonight is the sixth and last instruction of Gabriel to the prophet Daniel, "To Anoint the Most Holy". We'll quickly review the six-fold purpose of Gabriel's visit. Please turn your Bibles to Daniel 9:24.
"Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people (Israel) and upon thy holy city (Jerusalem), to ONE: finish the transgression, and TWO: to make an end of sins, and THREE: to make reconciliation for iniquity, and FOUR: bring in everlasting righteousness, and FIVE: to seal up the vision and prophecy, and SIX: to anoint the most Holy".
What is the "most holy"? It's the millennium Temple where we'll reign with Christ in the millennium.
And what's that, Brother Anthony?
Ezekiel's temple is a symbol I believe refers to the 144,000 elect Israelites. As the Bride of Christ, we are one with, and under preeminence to the Word, and in that Form we'll live in the heart of the 144,000 when they receive the revelation of Who He is and what He has done for them.
The anointing sanctifies the Temple.
Leviticus 8:10-12, "And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them. And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, (signifying seven Church Ages), and anointed the altar and all his vessels, both the laver and his foot, to sanctify them. And poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron's head, and anointed him, to sanctify him".
II Chronicles 5:13, "It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice (singular, expressing the common faith) with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying, 'For He is good; for His mercy endures for ever': that then the House was filled with a Cloud, even the House of the LORD".
When God took His abode in Solomon's Temple, He signified His Presence by the Shekinah in the Form of a Cloud. The same Sign signified His abode in the Tabernacle in the Wilderness, and when God took residence in the Temple of Jesus after John's baptism, the Pillar of Fire and Cloud manifest in the Form of a dove. This was how John knew Jesus was the Christ. Only John saw the Sign and heard the words of the Voice. Then he cried with all his might, "Behold, the Lamb of God, which takes away the sins of the world"! The same Sign anointed the Church at its inauguration on the day of Pentecost when God took His abode in the many-membered Temple of the Holy Spirit.
God has always veiled Himself behind skins. When Adam took back his wife Eve, he separated the human race from the Word. God slew two lambs and made coats of their skins so they were under the blood of the lamb, showing they had a Kinsman Redeemer who would take their place in death. Once they were under the blood, God had fellowship with them again. He veiled Himself behind the flesh of our Redeemer and died on Calvary's cruel Cross. Today He veils Himself behind the flesh of His Church.
How? The anointing sanctifies the Temple. It cleanses it by faith, bringing God's elect into agreement with His mind, till the saints in every Age recognize the part of God's Word He is fulfilling for their Age, and like "the trumpeters and singers ... make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD..." Or as Paul said, "all speak the same thing without division such that they are perfectly united in the common faith or judgment".
God has been separated from Jerusalem's Temple since He took His abode in the Temple of Christ and His Bride. The departure of the Glory from the Temple was symbolic of His departure from Judah, and we'll speak about that directly.
Our interest today is His return to Israel because its the return of Christ with His Bride. He returns by faith through the six-fold purpose of Gabriel's instructions to Daniel. This is Israel's parousia. Let's make a quick review.
1. To finish the transgression. This was Jacob's ungodly rejection of Messiah. It will be finished through the ministry of their two prophets after the end of the Gentile dispensation in the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week, when they see the revelation of Messiah.
We'll pick this up in Romans 11:21-26 where Paul speaks of Israel as the cultivated oil tree and the Gentiles as the wild olive tree. "For if God spared not the natural branches (that's Israel), take heed lest He also spare not thee (the Gentile dispensation).
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell (through the transgression of unbelief in Messiah), severity; but toward you Gentiles, grace, if you continue in His grace: otherwise you too shall be cut off. And even Israel's fallen branches, if they don't persist in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.
For if you were cut out of what is by nature a wild olive tree, and contrary to nature grafted into a cultivated olive tree: how much easier will it be to graft these natural branches back on to their original parent olive tree? For I don't want you to miss the mystery, lest you become wise in your own conceits; that spiritual blindness is come upon most of Israel, until the full number of elect Gentiles is born-again. And so all Israel shall be saved, (all 144,000 of them): as it is written, 'There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob'."
But until the last saint predestinated to the Gentile Bride is baptized into the Body, Israel will never recognize their Messiah.
Matthew 3:11-17, "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but He that comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly purge His floor, and gather His wheat into the garner; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. (John spoke of the whole of the Gentile dispensation and Daniel's Seventieth week in this one sentence).
Then came Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad Him, saying, 'I have need to be baptized of You, yet You come to me'?
And Jesus answering said, 'Permit it to be: for thus it becomes us to fulfill all righteousness' (the sacrifice must be washed before it is offered). Then he baptized Jesus. And when He was baptized, Jesus returned to the banks and the heavens were opened unto John, (in other words, he broke into a vision) and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and resting upon Jesus: And a voice from heaven said, 'This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased'."
Nobody but John saw the Shekinah above Jesus, or heard what these words said. This Sign God promised to John alone, to identify the Messiah he was to introduce. It was not a public show. Israel must recognize Messiah through the eyes of faith, not by sight.
Israel had been blinded by man-made denominational teachings and could not see Messiah. John 12:37 says, "Though Jesus had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on Him". They can not see Him until the full number of predestinated Gentiles have been gathered into Christ. That is, not until after the Gentile dispensation.
2. To make an end of sin. Sin is unbelief which separates man from God and eternal Life unto Satan and death. Israel's communion with God was maintained by virtue of a go-between in the mediation of their high priest and the temple sacrifices. Should their high priest become unclean, Israel would sever her communion with God. This took place when Caiaphas prophesied.
Matthew 27:21-25, "Pilate said unto them, 'Which of the two do you want me to release'? They said, 'Barabbas'.
Pilate said, 'What shall I do with Jesus which is called Christ'? They all said unto him, 'Let him be crucified'.
And he said, 'Why, what evil has He done'? But they cried out the more, saying, 'Let him be crucified'.
When Pilate saw that he couldn't persuade them otherwise, and that chutzpah had prevailed above reason, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, 'I am innocent of the blood of this just person: you see to his death'.
Then answered all the people, and said, 'His blood be on us, and on our children'." And It has been from that day to this. That sin will come to its end when Israel is born-again in one day.
Today the denominational church system imagine Christ is a Mediator with God in behalf of the error and ignorance they preach. But Christ's medaition ended when He opened and revealed the seven Seals in 1963. They are crucifying unto themselves the Son of God afresh and have no communion with God.
3. To Make reconciliation for iniquity. Iniquity is doing what you know to be wrong. Now Jesus has already made reconciliation for Israel as their Kinsman Redeemer, bearing their sins to Calvary. But it was not applied to them, because God blinded their eyes so we could come into the kingdom.
Zechariah 13:1, 6-9, "In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness. (The waters of Life shall flow from the throne to wash the blindness from spiritual eyes of the 144,000).
And one shall say unto Him, 'What are these wounds in Your hands'? Then He shall answer, 'Those with which I was wounded in the house of My friends'. (This is a prophecy of the spiritual awakening of the 144,000 and their revelation of the iniquity of their race).
'Awake, O sword, against My Shepherd, and against the Man that is My fellow', saith the LORD of hosts: 'Smite the Shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered': (This was a prophecy of Christ being smitten on Calvary by His own kinsmen whom He came to redeem. Even His own disciples deserted Him at the Cross, and soon afterwards, Rome dispersed the Jews then destroyed their city and its temple).
(Jesus quoted this prophecy on the Mount of Olives, following the Last Supper, and prior to His arrest. But He stopped in the middle of the verse because 2,000 years would pass before He would) 'turn My hand upon the little ones'. (The 144,000, who, like Joseph's blood brother, Benjamin, were born whilst Christ was in the lands of the Gentiles).
And it shall come to pass, that in all the earth, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; (Japheth and Ham) but the third shall be left therein (that's God's portion, the elect of Shem).
And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on My Name, and I will hear them: I will say, 'It is My people': and they shall say, 'The LORD is my God'."
Isaiah 66:8, "Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children." That's when Israel makes reconciliation for his iniquity.
4. To bring in everlasting righteousness.
Revelation 20:1-3, "I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season".
When Israel's transgression is finished and their unbelief ended, they will be martyred by the world church system, and the warfare at Armageddon will destroy all life on earth such that it leaves neither root nor branch - parent or offspring.
With all sinners in the grave until the general resurrection, Satan is bound. Like the Holy Spirit, the evil spirit is helpless until he finds someone who will yield to his bidding. Satan will be present throughout the Millennium but he'll be bound by a chain of circumstances in that his subjects are in the grave. He cannot influence born-again, glorified saints. Can't even give us a cold.
When everlasting righteousness is brought is, the Millennium has begun. Habakkuk 2:14, "Earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea".
We shall know the glory of the Lord in those days because we will see Him face to face and that glory will be manifested in and over all of the saints.
5. To Seal up the Vision and Prophecy. This means to reconfirm and vindicate the Message of John and Jesus through the ministry of a Moses and an Elijah who minister to Israel in Daniel's Seventieth week, or Jacob's Trouble, as it's called by Jeremiah.
Daniel 12:1, "And in the midst of the Week (when the 144,000 catch the vision and prophecy), Michael, the great prince who stands for the children of your people (the Israelites) shall commence His reign: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people (the 144,000) shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the Lamb's Book of Life".
This will be Israel's new-birth, their martyrdom, and resurrection for the Millennium. It's the climax of the white horse rider's ride, when the different stages or colors of his career are mixed in the pale horse. His name is Death, and he rides to perdition.
Daniel 12:2-10, "Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt".
(That's the second or general resurrection when everyone from Cain to the last person ever born on earth will be raised and appeal before Jesus and the saints at the White Throne Judgment. Those whose names are still on the Book of Life will be granted in to eternal Life. Those whose names have been blotted from, or were never on the record, will be cast into the Lake of Fire).
"And they that be wise (the two witnesses with Oil in their lamps for illumination by the Spirit) shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness will shine as the stars for eternity" (144,000, sealed by their revelation).
But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the Book, to the time of the end: many shall travel extensively and worldly knowledge shall be increased". (But worldly people will be ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of God's Truth. If this day of cheap and easy jet travel with knowledge increasing exponentially is not the day Daniel foresaw, I'll eat my computer).
"Then I Daniel looked, and behold, there stood two others, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river".
(This is a variation of the vision Jesus showed to Peter, James and John on Mount Transfiguration, but in a setting familiar to Daniel. The two men are Moses and Elijah; Daniel is by Euphrates which represents the River of Life. You know the Euphrates ran through Babylon, which was an impersonation of the New Jerusalem, and Eden, the paradise of God. These prophets stood one on either side of the River, representing the Old and New Testament saints whom John sees as many trees of Life in his record of the vision in Revelation 22).
"And one said to the Man clothed in linen, which was upon the Waters of the River, 'How long shall it be to the end of these wonders, or hidden things"? (In short, "when will the mystery of redemption be revealed to Daniel's people, Israel"?)
"And I heard the Man clothed in linen (Jesus Christ,) who was upon the waters of the River, when He held up His right hand and His left hand unto heaven, and swore by Him that lives for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half (or three and a half years); and when Satan has succeeded in scattering the ministry of the holy people, (that's the two witnesses in the Office of Moses and Elijah), all these things shall be finished". (These two prophets will fulfill their ministry before they are arrested by the Roman authorities in the middle of Daniel's Seventieth Week).
"And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, 'O my Lord, what shall be the result of these things'?
And He said, 'Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end'. (But in the days of the Voice of the Seventh Angel, the mystery of God shall be revealed to the Church. For we Gentiles, the time of the end was when the Seven Seals were broken. Israel's time of the end is when the sixfold purpose of Gabriel's vision and prophecy of Daniel 9:24 is sealed up or confirmed by revelation to the 144,000. What Daniel called in verse six, the end of these wonders, or mysteries).
(In verse ten, Christ answers Daniel's question of verse eight, "What shall the outcome of the visions"?) Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried (that's the baptism of the Holy Ghost to the 144,000); but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand".
Now we can start preaching. Here's when the Most Holy is anointed.
6. To anoint the Most Holy. The Anointing departed from the Temple at Judah's apostasy. Here It returns to indwell His people, not to a temple made with hands. The last eight chapters of the Book of Ezekiel speak of God's dealing with Israel by fulfilling the six-fold purpose of Gabriel's vision to Daniel. The instructions for Ezekiel's temple do not imply the construction of a building but a people of praise whom He can indwell.
Ezekiel 36:24-28, "For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. (That's what World Wars I and II were all about).
Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. (That's the waters of separation which is faith and types the sanctification of the Word). A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. (That's the baptism with the Holy Ghost or new birth when God comes to live in the individual. "Know ye not ye are the temple of the Holy Ghost, and that the Holy Spirit dwells in you"?)
And I will put My Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments, and do them. And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; (I thought New York was the Jew's capital! Looks like these Jews are in the blood line and the faith of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob rather than Ashkenaz); and you shall be My people, and I will be your God".
Revelation 11:1-3, "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, 'Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and three score days, clothed in sackcloth'."
"Me" is John, and represents the end-time Bride who is baptized by "that which is perfect", Christ, the Fullness of the Word. And our measuring reed is the unbending judgment rod of the Fullness of the Word which placed us in Christ and will judge the 144,000.
Ezekiel 43:1, "After (Ezekiel was instructed how the Temple was to be built, the guiding Angel) brought him to the gate that looks toward the east" (to show that the Temple is accepted by God. This will be signified by the manifestation of His Glory. The glory was never mentioned in connection with the restoration by Zerubbabel, for the Shekinah departed before its destruction by Nebuchadnezzar in 587BC. The next time It was seen was when It took its abode in the Temple of Christ's body in the River Jordan.
The time of this anointing is confirmed by Zechariah 14 and is the same as what we read in Daniel 12. After the midst of the Week, or after the two witnesses have finished instructing the Millennium temple which is the 144,000. It's when the 144,000 shall "flee to the valley of God's mountains", where the River of Life will flow after the Mount of Olives splits asunder, as also illustrated by Ezekiel 47. Their flight to the valley is not literal. The valley signifies the place of spiritual refreshment and healing.
As in Genesis 2, when heaven and earth were complete, God took His rest, here in verse 2 When His elect are redeemed, He takes His place of rest in the Millennium Temple of flesh. The old, defiled stone temple is abandoned).
Ezekiel 43:2, "Behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and His Voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with His glory".
Ezekiel saw many revelations in common with John who saw the glory of the Lord returning from the East having the Seal of the living God. In Zechariah the Mount of Olives which overshadows Jerusalem and the Temple, is split. The natural types the Spiritual. Nothing will be permitted to stand between Jerusalem and the light of the sun or the Light of the Son.
The glory of the Lord or Shekinah is the Angel of the Lord as John described It in Revelation 7:2. He had a Voice, and "the Voice was like a noise of many waters" which as we learned from Revelation 1:15, is the testimony of the saints of all Ages. The unity of the faith - one Voice out of many waters or anointings or baptisms of the Holy Ghost.
"And the earth shined with His glory". "And the earth" shows us He is not only the God of Israel but the Light of the Gentiles. If we turn to Revelation 18:1, we encounter the same Angel at around the same time: after Rome's judgment in Revelation 17, just before her destruction a little later in Revelation 18. Armageddon follows in Revelation 19.
Ezekiel 43:3, "And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face".
The same Shekinah Ezekiel saw departing the Temple in Jerusalem is returning by the way It left. "Why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus which is taken up from the Mount of Olives in the Shekinah or Cloud, shall return in like manner..." (Acts 1:9-11).
He's the unchanging God with unchanging ways. The same, yesterday, and today, and forever. Let's read about His departure.
Ezekiel 9:1-5, "In the vision, the Spirit cried in my ears with a loud voice, saying, 'Cause them that have charge over the city (as executioners) to draw near, every man with his destroying weapon in his hand'.
And six men came from the direction of the upper or Benjamin gate, which faces north, every man with a battle ax in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's ink horn by His side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar. (Where sin reaches its climax, judgment goes forth - upon an acceptable substitute such as the lamb which spoke of the coming Kinsman, or as coals from the altar upon the guilty. These angels with the sevenfold anointing of the Holy Spirit, are mediators of sanctification. They anointed the messengers to the seven Church Age, pour out the seven Vials, and sound the seven Trumpets).
And the Shekinah glory of the God of Israel had gone up from the cherub, upon which It had rested (in the Holy of Holies), to the entrance of the house. It called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; And the LORD said unto him, 'Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that are committed in the midst of it'. And to the others He said in my hearing, 'Go after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have any pity'."
Now let's be careful here. This prophecy had a partial fulfillment under Nebuchadnezzar, but it actually refers to the time of Titus when those whom God marked were Christians with the Spirit and who received Jesus' warning of Matthew 24:15-21, and escaped.
Ezekiel 10:18-19, "Then the Shekinah departed from the entrance of the temple, and stood over the cherubim. And they lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: and they went forth with the wheels beside them, and they stood at the entrance of the east gate of the LORD'S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them".
Ezekiel 11:22-23, "Then the cherubim lifted up their wings, with the wheels which were beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them. And the Shekinah went up from the midst of the city, and hovered over the mountain which is on the east side of the city".
Israel thought that God was inexorably bound to His city and the Temple, (particularly after the relatively lenient treatment following Jerusalem's first surrender to Nebuchadnezzar in 598BC, when even the Royal Davidic House was spared, and a royal prince, Zedekiah, allowed to remain on the throne). But God was able to destroy them both. In Ezekiel 11:16, He says, "... I will be to them a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come".
Ezekiel chapter 9 parallels Revelation Chapter 7. In it's fullest sense it speaks of the destruction of Jerusalem under Titus at the end of the Jewish dispensation whereas Revelation chapter 7 speaks of the destruction at the end of the Gentile dispensation.
Ezekiel 43:4-6 describes the return of God's glory to Israel: "And the Shekinah came into the house by the way of the gate facing the east. Then the spirit caught me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house. And I heard him speaking to me from the house; and the Man stood by me".
The anointing of the Most Holy is the return of the New Jerusalem: Christ and His Bride, by revelation. It's first Israel's parousia as they take their place in the newly instructed, not constructed Temple of the 144,000 as Israel's King and Queen. They anoint the Most Holy by the Joy of realization in the great day of the Feast of Tabernacles after the mourning of sadness. This Temple is dedicated by God's arrival in the Form of their King and His Queen to live in the heart of the 144,000. Then in the reality of the Millennium, signified by the abiding Shekinah, for the Name of the City from that day on shall be, "The Lord is There".
In Revelation 19, we have a preview of Israel's parousia and our return for the Millennium. But revelation precedes reality and the setting of Revelation 17, 18 and 19 is the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week: Daniel 12:1.
Revelation 19:1, "And after these things (the casting out of Satan under sixth Seal, moving to the third Woe (Communism) and seventh Plague, Rome breaks her Agreement with the Jews in the midst of Daniel's Seventieth Week; it's time for her allies to become her executors) I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God".
Here, Israel have crowned Jesus King of Kings in their hearts by faith, and He's coming back with His Bride, "after these things".
Revelation 19:2-17, "For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. (This was the plea of the fifth Seal Jews - Revelation 6:10; 18:24). And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke shall rise up for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia". ("Allelia" identifies these as Hebrews).
"And a voice came out of the throne, saying, 'Praise our God, all His servants, and you who reverence him, both small and great'." (I believe this voice is that of Brother Branham because of what follows).
"And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, 'Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth'." ("I" is John, who represents us, the living Bride; the "great multitude" is the 144,000 who have caught the revelation. Let's read as they give glory to their King and His Queen).
"'Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come (to pass), and His wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints'.
And he (the Voice from the throne) said unto me, (John, the Bride) 'Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb'. And he said, 'These are the true sayings of God'. And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said, 'Don't do that: I am your fellowservant, and of your brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: (just another sinner saved by grace) worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy'." (The angel who revealed these things to John was the prophet messenger to the Laodicean Church Age, William Branham. It could be nobody else because the Book was sealed until the time of the end. When Christ opened the Seals and revealed their mystery to the seventh angel, he preached it to the Church of his day. John, who was in the Spirit in the Lord's day, looked back through time past the seventh Trumpet, to see and hear Brother Branham preaching the revelation of the seven Seals as they were inspired. Overcome by the abundance of the Supernatural in Brother Branham's ministry, John sought to worship him, foreshadowing what some of Brother Branham's over zealous followers would do).
"And I saw heaven opened, (another vision), and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness does He judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a Name written, that no man knew, but he who has the revelation". (You can expound It until you are blue in the face but It means nothing to those without the revelation).
"And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his Name is called The Word of God. ("The Word of God" is what He's called, as earlier He was called "Emmanuel", and "Wonderful Counselor", "Prince of Peace", and "Everlasting Father". These are but descriptive Titles to a Name and are not that Name).
"And the armies of heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: (the spoken Word defeats His enemies by manifesting the penalty for unbelief): and He shall rule them with a rod of iron (in a thousand years time, at the White Throne Judgment): and He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And He has on His robe and on His thigh a Name inscribed, KING OF AND LORD OF LORDS.
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, 'Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God'."
Another prophet. God commanded Ezekiel to summons the birds and beasts to His great supper (Ezekiel 39:4, 17). God's Word does not return to Him void.
Just as Israel could not take the Promised Land so long as God was not among them (Deuteronomy 1:42-44), the temple was incomplete, and Israel could not enter the Millennium until filled with His glory. When the temple is anointed, the 144,000 are sealed for the Millennium and the sixfold purpose of Gabriel's instructions to Daniel are fulfilled. bb971029.htm
